  • Content. Dotted maps, graphics, or other materials you create or generate using the Service.

  • Device & Technical Data. Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Payment Information. When you subscribe to a Pro plan, payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Information

  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
  • Generate and deliver your dotted maps;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;

4. Legal Bases (EEA & UK Users)

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g., tax records retained for 7 years). You may request deletion of your account at any time.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to delete it.
